- Now, heat the charcoal on gas and place a small steel cup and on it keep charcoal and drizzle a few drops of oil to give charcoal smell to steak.
- Lastly, assemble both the steak and saute capsicum on a hot sizzler. A hot sizzler platter is ready to serve to your guests.
