  5. Drizzle the steaks with olive oil, salt and pepper and a pinch of paprika. Make sure both sides are seasoned.
  6. Season the greens the same way and transfer to a baking tray.
  7. Heat a pan with a tablespoon of olive oil and brown the steaks around 4 minutes on each side. Transfer steaks to a baking tray.
  8. Bake steaks and greens for approximately 20 minutes or until fully cooked on the inside.
  9. Serve with egg as a side along with the greens and drizzle with the mushroom sauce.
